Interno Tre is a dream born from the creativity and tenacity of Daniela, the true team leader of the project.
After years of in-depth study and training courses, he decided it was time to deploy his team and conceive of a restaurant that is first and foremost a convivial place, where simple yet surprising cuisine takes center stage.
Over the years, the family has expanded and is now composed of young people who are motivated and enthusiastic about sharing this experience. At the center is the dialogue and fellowship between kitchen and dining room as the key to harmony, harmony in being able to welcome customers and make them feel at home. In fact, the project initially began as a home restaurant until it moved to its current location in the historic center of Reggio Emilia.

Interior Three is a plant-based kitchen, so we use only plant-based ingredients, and this is where our revolution starts.
Cooking and nutrition for us go hand in hand. We relentlessly seek to reinterpret the raw materials we have through innovative techniques, but at the same time, placing great value on seasonality.
In fact, our menu varies four times a year following seasonal cycles.
We think of dishes by setting as our goal to recreate the perfect balance by stimulating the palate and the eyes; the essence of food for us is color, taste and texture, and it is on these cornerstones that we base our proposals.
Food also has a very important function for the good quality of our relationships. We want our table to be pure conviviality, even more so when accompanied by good wine and an aesthetically stimulating environment.
That is why we always host temporary exhibitions of painting, photography, and sculpture with great satisfaction. The artists who choose to collaborate with us create designed and tailored pathways to engage our guests in a fulfilling artistic experience.
This, in a nutshell, is the story of our family, which can now be called for all intents and purposes “an extended family,” and of the adventure we have chosen to embark on together involving our guests who, over the years, have been following and supporting us.
